PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 lg. can of pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. white sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten

Mix together. Pour into 13 x 9 pan greased and floured. Sprinkle a box of yellow cake mix on top. Add 2 cups chopped nuts. Melt 2 sticks of butter pour over top and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
