PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. white sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten

Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan, greased and floured. Sprinkle a yellow cake mix on top; add 2 cups chopped nuts, melt 2 sticks of butter, pour over and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
