MEX-TEX 
2 ripe avocados, mashed & sprinkled with 2-3 tbsp. lemon juice, seasoned to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip (1 plain, 1 jalapeno)
8 oz. grated cheese
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
2-3 bunches spring onions (sliced with tops)

Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning together. Put bean dip in casserole dish, top with avocados, sour cream mixture, onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Use with Dorito chips.
