MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can Rotel
1 c. milk
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. Sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 pkg. taco flavored chips

Brown ground beef and onion. Mix soups, milk and Rotel for sauce. Butter casserole dish and place 1/2 of the chips in the bottom of the dish. Then add a layer of the meat and sauce. Repeat with another layer of chips, meat and sauce. Top with cheese. Let set in the refrigerator overnight. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
