MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. ground meat
1 can ranch style beans
1 chopped onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground meat well. Begin layering in a deep dish casserole dish. Layer the bottom of the dish with tortillas, then a layer of ground meat, and a layer of ranch style beans, onions, and cheese. Repeat and layer one more time. On top of the second layer, put the Ro-Tel tomatoes. Pour the mushroom soup over the tomatoes. Top this with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
