MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Corn chips

Brown meat and onion in skillet, drain. Warm soups, enchilada sauce and milk in saucepan. Line baking dish with chips. Mix meat, onion and liquids together; add to dish with chips, top with green chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (325 degrees for glass pan). Turn off oven. Cover with grated cheese and leave in oven long enough to melt cheese (about 5 minutes).
