ZUCCHINI COOKIES 
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and then add dry ingredients. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
