OVEN SPARE RIBS 
3 lbs. lean spare ribs
1 1/2 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. red ground pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of hot sauce

Clean spare ribs, taking off excess fat and skin. Put in covered roaster pan; add splash of vinegar, meat tenderizer, salt, and pepper. Cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour (meat should be coming off bone).

Mix remaining ingredients for sauce. Pour sauce over meat and cook 20-30 minutes. Turn meat over and cook additional 20-30 minutes.
