OVEN BAKED RIBS 
10 lb. ribs
3 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. celery seed
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tsp. paprika
2 cans tomato soup
1 c. vinegar (cider)

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Mix chili powder, salt, celery seed, brown sugar and paprika. Place ribs on foil-covered cookie sheet and brown on both sides in broiler. Mix tomato soup and vinegar. Place ribs in roasting pan and pour sauce over. Bake in covered roasting pan until tender. Baste frequently.

Bake at 325 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Serves 10. This recipe has been altered.
