16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing Mix
4 green onions, minced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
4 (12") flour tortillas
1 can sliced black olives, drained

Mix first three ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Roll and wrap tightly. Chill at least 3 hours. Cut off roll ends. Cut roll into 1" slices. Makes 3 dozen.
