HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. graham flour
1 c. quick oats
1 c. Bran Buds
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1/3 stick butter
1 tbsp. molasses or syrup
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Cook raisins in water, while hot add butter and molasses. Cool. Add remaining ingredients an stir. Put in greased pans - 1 large or 2 small loaves. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If dough seems to dry add a little more buttermilk.
