LOAF BREAD | |
1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. hot water 1/3 c. self-rising flour 2 c. self-rising flour 1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. sour cream Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add 1/3 cup flour and mix, then add other ingredients. Mix with mixer medium speed then on high. Pour into greased loaf pan. Let rise 1 hour. Bake 30 minutes, 350 degrees. |
