CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH CORN
BREAD STUFFING
 
1 chicken, or pieces

Cook in small amount of water with onion and 1 rib celery. Remove chicken from bones, and layer in casserole.

Mix:

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of Half and Half

Pour mixture over chicken.

Mix:

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing

Mix according to directions on package substituting 1/2 cup chicken broth for water. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly brown, 30-40 minutes.
