JAPANESE STYLE SKILLET DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. thin egg noodles
1 pkg. Japanese vegetables
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes

(Boil) - cook vegetables and set aside (drain). Cook noodles - drain and set aside. Brown beef in skillet, leaving in bite size chunks. Dissolve cornstarch, salt and bouillon cubes in water; add to skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in noodles and vegetables - cover - heat through and serve. Serves 3.
