COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix everything in blender for 3 minutes. Pour in greased pie pan and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut (1 cup or less). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
