BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Ritz crackers
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli according to package - be sure not to overcook. Drain. Add 1/2 stick butter and cheese. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and add crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of the casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until brown at 350 degrees.
