GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. grits
1 pkg. garlic cheese
1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Cook grits by directions on box using 3 1/2 cups water. Add cheese, butter, milk and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. May sprinkle grated cheese on top the last few minutes.
