OREGON CRAB AND SHRIMP DISH 
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, sliced
3 boxes white & wild rice combination
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. crab
1/2 lb. shrimp

Saute mushrooms, onion, green pepper and celery. Cook rice according to directions. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, then add 2 cups grated cheese and bake for 1/2 hour more. Serves 12.
