KELLY'S LEMON CHEESE SQUARES 
Rich but yummy. Very popular at bake sales!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
5 tbsp. sugar
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding & pie filling (I use My-T-Fine)
whipped topping (I use Cool Whip)

Combine flour, butter and sugar. Mix well and press into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix well and spread over cooled crust.

Prepare pie filling as directed on package and spread over cheese layer. Top with whipped topping and chill. Cut into squares.
