HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
3-4 slices bacon
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green sweet pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 sm. can mushrooms or fresh ones, sliced
1/2 (17 oz.) can peas

Fry bacon crisp; pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat. Cut bacon up and leave in pan. Add hamburg and cook. Before it is fully cooked, add onions and peppers and saute. Pour off any excess fat. Add mushrooms and soup; simmer 30 minutes. Add peas and heat to bubbling point.
