HOT-N-SPICY CHICKEN | |
1 pkg. boneless & skinless chicken breast 1 can diced Rotel 1/2 stick butter (melt butter in sm. bowl) Salt and pepper on both sides of chicken. Pour butter over chicken and make sure butter thoroughly covers chicken. Then put diced Rotel over the chicken after you put butter on. Make sure Rotel covers every part of the chicken. After Rotel is on the chicken, then salt and pepper again. Then preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until golden brown. |
