CHEESE SCALLOPED APPLES 
2 cans apples, not the filling) drain most of the water off
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. sugar
1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. plain flour

Cream butter, cheese and sugar. Add flour. Mix well. Put apples in a 9 x 13 pan that has been greased or sprayed with Pam. Put cheese mixture on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
