1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 pkg. breakfast sausage
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. oregano
Dash of garlic

Brown sausage with onion, oregano, garlic. Drain well. Mix 1 egg and yolk of a second egg and both cheeses into sausage mixture. Roll out dough on a cookie sheet and cover with sausage.

Roll up jelly roll style and pinch ends lightly. Put seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Brush egg white on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
