SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen Bridgeford bread dough
1 lb. Italian hot or mild sausage
1 (6 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Sprinkle salt, pepper, Parmesan, or garlic powder

Remove skin from sausage; brown crumbled meat. Drain fat; add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer until all ingredients are cooked. Drain any extra fat. Roll out dough on floured board about 18 to 20 inches wide. Fill with meat mixture. Top with cheeses, flip in edges, and roll up jelly roll style about 3 times. Brush top with beaten egg. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Slice in an angle and serve.
