CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream style corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 c. sour cream 1 stick butter, melted 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix 2 eggs Put all corn in dish. Stir in melted butter, 2 eggs, slightly beaten. Add sour cream; mix well. Stir in 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix. Bake in 8"x10" dish for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
