FETTUCINI A LA CRAB 
4 c. hot cooked and drained fettucini (8 oz. dry, uncooked)
6 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to 1 1/4 c. whipping cream or Half and Half
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. crab meat, flaked (6 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in large skillet; add garlic and heat until butter is lightly browned. Add 1/2 cup cream or Half and Half; boil rapidly over high heat until shiny bubbles form. Reduce heat to medium; add noodles and toss vigorously with two forks. Add cheese and remaining cream; a little at a time, tossing until thoroughly combined. Add crab meat, salt and pepper; toss to distribute. Heat through. Serves 4 to 5.
