CRAB DEMOS 
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 oz. crab meat
1/2 c. cooked wild rice
Parmesan cheese

Mix the mustard, curry, salt, and lemon juice with the mayonnaise. Divide the rice into 2 or more sea shells. Cover with the crabmeat.

Spread the above mixture over the crabmeat well. Sprinkle with cheese and place in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Serve as a luncheon dish.
