CRAB DIP 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
13 oz. crabmeat

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Stir in sour cream, curry powder, cumin and crabmeat. Thicken with a little flour, if desired. Serve in chafing dish with mild crackers.
