MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (3 oz.) pack red Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) plain or lemon yogurt
1 apple, diced
1 orange, peeled & diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In saucepan heat cranberry sauce until it melts. Add Jello and water, salt and lemon juice. Chill until thickened enough to mound when dropped from a spoon. Add fruit, nuts and yogurt. Spoon into Jello mold and chill until firm.
