PORK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. rice (I use mixed wild and regular)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Pork chops or pork tenderloin
1 c. celery
1/2 c. onions
1 can water chestnuts

Mix all together except chops. Put in casserole. Brown pork and put on top. Cover tightly and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.

I put half of onion soup mix on top of pork. I also used seasonings in rice packet, put in soup mixture.
