PORK CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, minced
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice
1 1/2 c. diced cooked pork

Saute celery and onion in butter in skillet until tender. Add soup, rice and 4 cups water; mix well. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir in pork; pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
