PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery
2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Chopped parsley
3 1/2 c. boiling chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Mushrooms, optional

Brown sausage and onion, drain well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
