FRUIT PUNCH 
3 c. sugar
6 c. boiling water
4 or 5 tea bags
3 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
3 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 qt. 7-Up or ginger ale

Combine sugar and 3 cups of boiling water, stir until sugar dissolves. Boil about 7 minutes without stirring. Cool. Meanwhile, pour 3 cups boiling water over tea bags. Cover, let stand 5 minutes. Combine fruit juices, sugar, syrup and tea. Chill. When ready to serve, pour over ice in punch bowl and add 7-Up or ginger ale. Makes a little over a gallon.
