LAYERED SALAD 
Lettuce
Celery
Bell pepper
1/2 sm. can water chestnuts
1/2 pkg. frozen English peas
Onions, optional
1 cup Dressing: 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise Parmesan cheese

Break up a layer of lettuce. Next a layer of cut up celery, a layer of cut up bell pepper, layer of water chestnuts, layer of frozen peas. Pour dressing over salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, seal with saran wrap. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
