CHEESE AND GRAPE SALAD 
6 c. lightly packed torn spinach
2 c. grapes
6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in julienne strips
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in julienne strips
Mustard dressing (recipe follows)

Arrange spinach, grapes, and cheese on individual serving plates or platter. Spoon Mustard Dressing over salad. Makes 4 servings.

MUSTARD DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 tsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
4 slices crumbled crisp, cooked bacon, optional

Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper; mix well. Stir in green onion and bacon. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Mix thoroughly before serving. Makes about 1 cup.
