OLIVE AND GRAPE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. seedless grape halves
1/2 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Parsley

Mix chicken, celery, grapes, olives and salt. Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream. Lightly toss with chicken mixture. Garnish with parsley or additional sliced olives and grapes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
