CHICKEN AND GREEN GRAPE SALAD 
3 lg. chicken breast
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green seedless grapes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook chicken (skinless and boneless) until thoroughly done. Cool and cube. Add all rest of ingredients. Chill and serve on bed of lettuce. Serves 1/2 cup per person.
