1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1/2 pt. cooking oil
1/4 c. ripe olives
1/2 c. blue cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt

Mix cornstarch in cold water to make a paste. Pour boiling water over cornstarch slowly, stirring all the time. Cook over slow heat until cornstarch is clear. Set aside until cold. Beat eggs good and add to cornstarch. Crumble cheese and mix with fine chopped olives, garlic salt, and salt. Add oil. Pour into cornstarch mixture and stir up.
