HOLIDAY TURKEY DRESSING 
2 loaves day old bread, air-dried
1 large onion
gizzards, heart, etc from turkey, cooked and chopped
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (48 oz.) box chicken/turkey broth

Grind 2 loaves of hard bread in food chopper, add 1 large onion, ground fine, add pre-cooked gizzard, heart and liver of bird (cooked to a tender stage), and grind through a food chopper. Mix well. Add 1 pound of pork sausage fried golden brown and crumbly. Add to above mixture the broth from the giblets to which 3/4 cup butter has been added. Mix well and season to taste with salt, pepper and sage.

Stuff turkey and cook as usual. To prepare stuffing outside of turkey, line a loaf pan with foil. Put stuffing lightly into pan evenly. Cover with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes; uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes or until top is golden.
