HAMBURG STEW | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes 2 c. potatoes, diced 1 1/2 c. carrots, diced 2 med. onions, chopped 3 tbsp. green peppers, diced 2 tbsp. granulated beef bouillon 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. chopped frozen broccoli 1 c. frozen or canned corn 3 - 4 c. water Brown beef in 2 tablespoons butter. Add remaining ingredients except corn and broccoli. Cook 45 minutes in large pot or until potatoes and carrots are tender. Then add corn and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes more. Then serve. |
