RIGATONI CASSEROLE 
1 16 oz package of rigatoni noodles, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 26 oz can spaghetti sauce
1 16 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
1 8 oz package of pepperoni, each peice sliced in half
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and add sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni. Add noodles to meat mixture and mix together. Place in a large casserole dish and add cheese and stir.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 6 servings. This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc, according to your needs. Makes a great dish for a potluck. I have had several requests for this recipe.

This recipe is AWESOME!!! We have it twice a year for a church conference, and we always feed tons of people with it. My kids can't wait til conference time to have Rigatoni Casserole. Oh yeah, it is SUPER easy to make and tastes GREAT too!!!
