SPRING SALAD 
4 c. torn lettuce
4 c. torn spinach
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced red onion
2 c. sliced oranges
2 slices bacon, broiled and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, onion, oranges and crumbled bacon. In a shaker container, combine ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad ingredients, mixing well and serve.
