RICE ORIENTAL | |
1 c. quick cooking rice 1/2 c. Polish sausage 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. water chestnuts 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 beaten eggs Pepper to taste Cook rice. In skillet, cook sausage and onion until brown and onion tender. Add rice, water chestnuts, soy and Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add eggs. Cook and stir gently until eggs are done and blended in. |
