SAUSAGE RICE ORIENTAL 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped onion
1 lb. bulk 80% lean ground pork (may season with 1 tsp. poultry seasoning) (optional)
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 c. uncooked quick rice
2 c. rice water
10 oz. pkg. Chinese style vegetables

Combine green pepper, celery and onion in a 2-quart casserole. Crumble sausage and add to casserole. Microwave on HIGH uncovered 7-8 minutes (stir once); drain. Stir soy sauce, rice and water into the sausage mixture. Add package of frozen vegetables and cover. Microwave on HIGH 10-12 minutes; stir twice. Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
