POPOVERS 
Preheat oven to 425°F.

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Beat together just until smooth.

Pour into well greased muffin tins 3/4 full (oven glass custard cups make the highest popovers) or use a special popover pan.

Bake until golden brown, 35 - 45 minutes. Serve immediately.

Make about 8 or 9 popovers.
