NO STICKY POPOVERS 
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
Baker's Joy (non-stick spray with flour)

All ingredients at room temperature. Mix eggs and salt in bowl. Add flour and milk alternately. Put 1/4 cup of mixture in each popover cup. Be sure to prep sides of cups with Baker's Joy. Do not preheat oven.

Bake at 450°F for 35 minutes on bottom rack. No peeky, no peeky. Enjoy!

Makes 6 popovers.
