1 lb. hamburger, browned
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. onion, chopped
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Serve on top of hot dogs.
