HOT DOGS WITH CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute ground beef, onions, celery in butter in large skillet for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredient; mix well. Cover. Simmer for 20 minutes to blend flavors. Serve over hot dogs.
