CONEY ISLAND SAUCE FOR HOT DOGS 
1 lb. ground beef, brown, crumble very fine, drain
1/2 of med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Cover and simmer until well blended. Add extra hot water as needed while cooking. Makes 2 cups for 10 hot dogs.
