OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 lb. stew beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. (cup-a-soup) onion soup mix

In a 2 quart casserole, put the stew beef. Add soup and dry soup mix. Spread both evenly over beef. Bake covered for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, biscuits or plain.
